Bags are a different manufacturing process
Bags are made in the same facility as our apparel but they are not garments, and a few things follow from that which are worth knowing before you enquire.
A bag has no size run — it is one set of dimensions, which makes sampling simpler. But the hardware content is much higher than on a garment, and hardware drives both the cost and the lead time. Zippers, buckles, sliders, feet, D-rings and webbing all have to be sourced, and a bag with custom-moulded hardware takes materially longer to bring to production than one using stock components.

Dimensions and compartments
A bag is specified by its dimensions and its internal layout, and both are entirely yours to set. Give us length, width and depth, and a diagram or description of the compartments you want.
Common requirements are a separate ventilated boot or shoe compartment at one end, a wet-kit pocket, internal mesh dividers, an external valuables pocket, and a laptop sleeve on travel bags. Each compartment adds pattern pieces and sewing operations, so an unusually complex internal layout costs more than a larger but simpler bag.

Reinforced base panels are worth specifying on any bag that will be put down on tarmac and concrete repeatedly. It is a small addition at manufacture and the first thing to fail without it.

Custom-moulded hardware — a zip puller or buckle in your own form — is one of the strongest brand signals on a bag, and it is also the longest lead-time item. Raise it at the very start of a project, not after a sample is approved.

Bags carry branding well because the panels are flat and stable, which removes most of the constraints that apply to garments.

Bag and garment fabrics are different materials, so an exact colour match is not always achievable — we will tell you honestly at sampling how close we can get.
