Cut and sew, not blanks
Most brands starting out decorate blanks: a stock garment bought in, printed, and sold. It is quick and it is cheap, and the limit is that every brand using that supplier is selling the same garment.
Cut and sew means the garment is made for you. The pattern is yours, the fabric is chosen by you, the body length, the drop of the shoulder and the width of the rib are specified rather than inherited. That is the difference buyers feel when they pick up a garment, and it is what we do. It costs more per unit and it takes longer, so it suits a brand that is past validating demand and now wants a product that cannot be bought elsewhere.

Fit development
Fit is where a streetwear range is won or lost, and it is the part that most often needs more than one sample round. Oversized is not one measurement — a boxy tee with a wide body and a short length reads completely differently from a long-line tee cut on the same chest.
We can develop a pattern from your tech pack and measurement chart, from a reference garment you send us, or from a fit you describe and we draft. Once a fit is approved we grade it across your size run and hold it, so a reorder or a second colourway comes back the same shape.
Fabrics and GSM
Fabric weight is the first question on a streetwear enquiry and the one most often answered too loosely. Rather than quote a house standard, we source against the garment you are building.
- French terry — the usual base for hoodies and crewnecks, loop-back inside
- Brushed fleece — softer hand, warmer, heavier drape
- Combed cotton jersey — tees, in a range of weights
- Cotton–poly blends where shrinkage control matters
- Twill, canvas and denim for jackets and workwear
- Ribbing matched or contrasted to the body fabric
Specify the GSM you want on the tech pack, or send a garment whose weight you want matched. Weight, shrinkage behaviour and hand are all confirmed at sampling before bulk is approved.
Decoration and finishing
Streetwear decoration is usually the point of the garment rather than a mark on it, and several techniques are typically combined on one piece.
- Embroidery — flat and 3D puff, including large back placements
- Chenille patches — varsity lettering and appliqué badges
- Screen printing — spot colour, discharge and specialty inks
- Puff and high-density print — raised print finishes
- Silicone and rubber patches — moulded branding
- Woven labels, tags and appliqué
Wash and finishing treatments such as garment dye, enzyme wash or distressing can be applied where the fabric and construction suit them. Ask at enquiry rather than after sampling — some treatments change the pattern dimensions and need to be planned into the fit.
Branding your garment
Nothing leaves with our name on it. Woven neck labels, printed inner labels, care and size labels, hangtags, sewn-in flags and custom polybags or boxes are all produced to your specification.
If you want the labelling programme handled as a whole rather than piece by piece — including size grading, fit approval and packaging — that is our private label service.
Sampling
We prepare a digital mockup first, showing placements, colours and construction detail, and nothing is cut until you approve it. Sampling depends on the product, quantity and development requirements. For projects requiring a physical sample, we can produce one before bulk manufacturing. For selected low-MOQ orders, a pre-production sample/video may be prepared for approval before the bulk run proceeds. The exact sampling process, cost and timeline are confirmed with the quotation.
Budget for more than one sample round on a first garment. Getting an oversized fit right is iterative, and it is far cheaper to correct a pattern at sample stage than to accept a bulk run that is nearly right.
Bulk production
Production lead time depends on quantity, construction, materials and customization. The confirmed production schedule is provided with the quotation after specifications are reviewed. Cutting, stitching, print, embroidery, finishing and packing all run in house in Sialkot.
Garments are inspected against the approved design or sample before packing — measurements, construction, print placement and colour — and international shipping can be arranged, with the method and cost confirmed against your destination and shipment.

- Can you manufacture heavyweight hoodies?
- Yes. Specify the GSM you want on your tech pack, or send a reference garment whose weight you want matched. We source fabric against the specification rather than working from a single house weight, and confirm the actual fabric at sampling.
- Do you produce blanks, or only custom garments?
- Our service is cut-and-sew manufacturing — garments made to your pattern and specification. That is a different product from decorating stock blanks, and it is what the factory is set up to do.
- Can you work from a reference garment instead of a tech pack?
- Yes. Send the garment and tell us what to keep and what to change. For fit, fabric hand and weight this is often more reliable than a written specification.
- Will my brand labels be on the garment?
- Yes. Woven neck labels, printed care and size labels, hangtags and custom packaging are produced to your specification. Garments ship fully branded as yours.
- How many colourways can we produce in one order?
- Multiple colourways can run in one order. Each colourway has its own fabric requirement, so it affects sourcing and the quotation — list them at enquiry rather than adding them after sampling.
