Custom Soccer Uniform Manufacturer
Linkworld International manufactures custom soccer kits for clubs, academies and teamwear suppliers — match shirts, shorts, socks, goalkeeper sets and training wear, produced to your design with per-player names and numbers.
What a full kit includes
Most soccer orders are placed as a kit rather than as separate garments, and it is worth deciding the whole set before sampling — shirt, shorts and socks are usually colour-matched, and matching a colour across a knitted sock and a woven short is easier to plan than to correct.
- Match shirts, short or long sleeve
- Match shorts, with or without inner brief
- Socks, knitted to your colourway
- Goalkeeper shirts, padded or unpadded, and GK shorts
- Training tops, drill tops and bibs
- Rain jackets, benchwear and team tracksuits
Goalkeeper kit is a separate build
A goalkeeper shirt is not a field shirt in a different colour. It is cut longer in the body and sleeve, usually in a heavier or brushed fabric, and elbow padding changes the sleeve pattern rather than being added to it.
Competition rules generally require the goalkeeper to be distinguishable from both teams and the officials, so plan a colourway that is clearly separate from your field kit, your usual change kit and common referee colours. Decide this before sampling — it affects fabric sourcing, not just artwork.
Fabric
Soccer shirts are almost always knitted polyester, chosen on weight and on how the fabric takes sublimation. Lighter interlocks suit hot-climate competition; a slightly heavier fabric holds shape better over a long season of washing.
- Polyester interlock and pique for match shirts
- Sports mesh panels at the back, underarm and side seam
- Lighter micro-polyester where a hot-weather kit is wanted
- Brushed or padded fabrics for goalkeeper shirts
- Woven polyester for shorts, with a knitted option where preferred
Decoration: what goes where
A soccer kit normally mixes methods across the set, and the reason is practical rather than aesthetic.
Club crests are commonly embroidered on the shirt, where the fabric is stable enough to carry the stitch. On shorts, embroidery in the same position can pull the lighter fabric, so the crest is more often sublimated or printed. Sponsor artwork across the chest is usually sublimated when it is large or multi-coloured, because the design is dyed into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it and does not crack.
- Sublimated all-over designs, patterns and gradients
- Embroidered club crests and badges
- Printed or heat-applied player names and squad numbers
- Sponsor panels front, back and sleeve
- Contrast collars — V-neck, crew, polo or grandad
- Woven neck labels and custom size labels
Names, numbers and size runs
A squad order is produced as one design across a mixed size run, with individual names and numbers per player. Send the squad list with the size against each name at order stage rather than after — adding a player once bulk has been cut usually means a separate short run.
Youth sizes can be produced in the same design and fabric as the senior kit so an academy and a first team look like one club. Tell us your size chart, or the one you currently buy to, and we will grade to it.
Reorders
Clubs reorder mid-season for new signings and replacements, so the pattern, artwork and colour references from your approved sample are kept on file. Reorders are matched to that reference. Note that a small top-up run will not be price-matched to the original bulk quantity, and where a fabric has moved on between seasons we will tell you rather than substitute quietly.

Frequently asked questions
- Can you produce a full kit including socks?
- Yes. Shirts, shorts and socks can be produced together and colour-matched as a set. Deciding the full set before sampling is worth doing, because matching a colour across knitted socks and woven shorts is easier to plan than to correct later.
- Can every player have a different name, number and size?
- Yes. A squad order runs as one design across a mixed size run with individual names and numbers. Send the squad list with sizes at order stage rather than after cutting begins.
- Do you manufacture goalkeeper kit?
- Yes, as a separate build. Goalkeeper shirts are cut longer in body and sleeve, often in a heavier or brushed fabric, and elbow padding changes the sleeve pattern. Plan a colourway clearly distinct from your field kit and change kit.
- Should the crest be embroidered or sublimated?
- Commonly embroidered on the shirt and sublimated or printed on the shorts. Embroidery on lighter shorts fabric can pull, so mixing methods across the set is usually the better specification. We will recommend one when quoting.
- Can we reorder mid-season for new players?
- Yes. Your approved pattern, artwork and colour references are kept on file and reorders are matched to them. A small top-up run is priced on its own quantity rather than at the original bulk rate.
