Linkworld International is a cut-and-sew sportswear manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing team kits, performance wear and training apparel for clubs, teamwear brands and sportswear labels internationally. We build garments from your artwork, tech pack or reference sample — not from a catalogue of blanks with a logo added.
What we manufacture
Our sportswear work divides into three kinds of order, and they run differently on the factory floor.
Team kits are produced in a single design across a full size run, usually with per-player names and numbers. Teamwear and sportswear brands order a range in multiple colourways against a size curve, with their own labelling throughout. Training and off-field wear — tracksuits, warm-ups, travel wear — is often ordered alongside a kit so that the club receives everything in one shipment.

Who this is for
We work with clubs and leagues ordering directly, teamwear suppliers who resell to clubs, and apparel brands building a sportswear range under their own label. Each needs something different from a factory.
A club cares most about whether the kit is consistent across a size run and whether the numbers are right. A reseller cares about repeatability — that next season's reorder matches this season's garment. A brand cares about fit development, fabric selection and their labelling being correct on every piece. We handle all three, but the sampling stage looks different for each, so tell us which you are when you enquire.
Fabrics
Sportswear fabric is chosen against the sport, the climate the kit will be worn in, and the decoration method. We source rather than hold a fixed range, so the selection below is a starting point for discussion, not a menu.
- Performance polyester (interlock, pique, tricot) for sublimated kit
- Sports mesh for panels, gussets and lining
- Polyester–elastane blends where stretch is needed
- Cotton and cotton-rich blends for off-field and leisure wear
- French terry and fleece for warm-up and travel layers
Fabric weight is specified in GSM on the tech pack and confirmed at sampling. If you have a reference garment you want matched, send it — matching a physical sample is more reliable than matching a written specification.
Patterns, fit and sizing
We can work from your graded pattern, develop a pattern from your tech pack and measurements, or grade up from an approved sample. If you are producing to a regional size standard, say which one at the start — a size chart written for a European market and one written for North America produce meaningfully different garments.
Where a club is ordering, we can produce to a mixed size run including youth sizes in the same design and the same fabric, so the kit reads as one set on the pitch.
Decoration and branding
The right decoration method depends on the garment, the artwork and how the garment will be washed over a season. We will recommend one at quotation if you are not sure.
- Sublimation — full-surface graphics, gradients and all-over patterns on polyester
- Embroidery — club crests, sponsor marks and chest logos where a raised finish is wanted
- Screen printing — flat spot-colour artwork on cotton and blends
- DTF and heat transfer — names, numbers and short-run personalisation
- Woven and printed patches — crests and sponsor badges applied to a finished garment
Methods are routinely combined on one kit. An embroidered crest on the shirt with a sublimated crest on the shorts is a common specification, because embroidery on lightweight shorts fabric can pull.
Sampling and pre-production
We prepare a digital mockup showing the relevant views, artwork placements, colours and logo positions, and production does not begin until that mockup is signed off.
Sampling depends on the product, quantity and development requirements. For projects requiring a physical sample, we can produce one before bulk manufacturing. For selected low-MOQ orders, a pre-production sample/video may be prepared for approval before the bulk run proceeds. The exact sampling process, cost and timeline are confirmed with the quotation. If production-ready artwork has to be prepared from your references, a design and setup fee may apply — this is quoted before any work starts.
Bulk production and quality control
Cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing and packing all run under one roof in Sialkot, so a correction at inspection does not mean shipping a garment to a third party and waiting.
Production lead time depends on quantity, construction, materials and customization. The confirmed production schedule is provided with the quotation after specifications are reviewed. Garments are inspected before packing against the approved design or sample — construction, measurements, decoration placement and colour.
Labelling, packaging and shipping
Kit can be produced entirely under your own branding: woven neck labels, printed care and size labels, hangtags and custom packaging. If you are building a sportswear label rather than supplying a single club, our private label service covers the full workflow.
We can arrange international shipping, including to Europe, the United States and New Zealand. The method — courier or freight — along with cost and transit time depends on destination, order size and weight, and is confirmed with your quotation.

If designs are already prepared, we review them and confirm the remaining technical points before issuing the quotation and a sampling plan.

- Can you manufacture from our own design?
- Yes. We work from tech packs, artwork files, mockups or a physical reference garment. If the artwork is not yet production-ready we can prepare it, and a design or setup fee may apply, quoted in advance.
